The most valuable part of the post, IMO, is a link to NWCR* which
exists independent of the poster (AFAIK).  Narissa linked to it in
2006 and it is referenced in some posts since then (sans link).

Aside from that, it does delve too far into simple weight loss
support and not any CR specific issue.  Although maintaining a
low-calorie diet is essential to CR...

Your meta comment hasn't fallen on deaf ears.  If the content
should be more CR-specific, Ken can be contacted off-list.  He
did reduce his sig from his first post and seems to have a genuine
interest in CR.
