[CRS_META] How often are the different archives being updated?

How often are are the latter archives updated? Is the updating an automatic process, or does it require a human to initiate it?

[I ask this because currently the CRCOMM posts in the latter archive still have not been updated since Mar 17th. For someone like myself who prefers to always read the list from the archives rather than receiving mail messages, the "private" archives are preferable for normal use because they seem to be much more up to date.]
