I would especially ask that someone make this change on the website -- 
eg here, where we're still directing folks on the List .sig file:

... and here, where people first land when looking for the List from the 
homepage:

http://calorierestriction.org/Mailing_Lists

I'm sure that this will encourage people to actually USE (and even 
SEARCH) the darned things ...
