[CRS_META] Are CRCOMM posts currently being archived?

The archives on the main website should be updated whenever a post is
mailed by mailman. (Those archives receive the post as a subscriber).
Subscriber name starts with "phorum".
I think what happened is that when the site went down last week,
mailman disabled the subscriptions. I checked and the crsociety
subscription had the "no mail" option checked with a reason of "[B]".
I didn't see such a block at the community subscription. I fixed the
block at the crsociety subscription. I'm not sure about the
cr-community. Maybe there were not enough bounces to disable that.
Hopefully things are fixed. I won't know until a new post is made to
either list.
