[CRS_META] Has CRCOMM archive access changed?

Hoststock has recently been "upgrading" their servers -- and 
that involves a change of IP addressing. Jeff may already 
know about this. Unfortunately, Hoststock gave v. little 
warning of this upgrade (for me: one email note a day before 
migration). This is of concern to those accounts whose 
domains were not reg'd at Hoststock; that is, those accounts 
with "third party DNS" (Hoststock's language). TTBOMK, 
"calorierestriction.org" was not -- and has not been 
transfered to Hoststock.

As some of you may recall, there was some disruption of 
service to the main web site a few weeks ago. This, TTBOMK, 
was due to Hoststock "experimenting" with their new server 
configs.

IAC, all accounts on the original servers will be terminated 
in a "few days".

As of this writing, *the main site is still down*. It could 
be the server-upgrade issue noted above, or something more 
"original". As Jeff noted, I don't think this outage affects 
the mail servers.

I'm only aware of these issues because of: (a) my previous 
web-mastering efforts on the CRS site; and (b) personal use 
of Hoststock hosting service for my own projects, the 
"mechanics" of which are ubiquitous across all Hoststock 
accounts.
