Listen, Im not trying to start any trouble. As I mentioned before, I'm new. And I've read over a hundred emails now,
and I've learned alot about Calorie Restiction. But, I don't wanna here your SHIT, about how "we evolved prehuman as
casual meat eaters like chimps before we became human hunters." Should I end every one of my emails with, "Your all
gonna burn in Hell if you don't believe in John 3:16." Is this a religious Web Site or a Calorie Restriction Community
website? If you have a problem with this email take it up with the Head Honchos at CR Community as I'm sure they will
see it my way. I know you didn"t mean it, as it just spilled off the tip's of your finger's. Remember, there are
hundreds if not thousands of people reading these emails as your Community grow's, grow's, grow's!

You got to be kidding me. Talking about eating human flesh, ape's, serial killers, baby killers, cannabilism, eggs
coming out of a bloody holes, are you guys that bored. What about us new folks just trying to lose weight. I'll bet the
both of you have been with this community for years? Try to stay focused. How do you count calories, how many calories
should I be eating per day, etc. What books and or articles should I be reading. You should be teaching people not
arguing about stupid stuff on a very popular national web site that my next door neighbor's kid's reads all the time.
(thanks to me, did I make a mistake or should I continue to spread the word about your website?) I know that you guy's
are itelligent, so act like it. David

Do you think if I ate a baby I could lose 50lbs. I wish I was there with the Donners. I love human flesh! Thanks for
teaching us new people how to lose weight!

Subject: unsubscribe me
90% of the stuff you send me is just a waist of space and my time. So I need to be UNSUBSCRIBED, please! I'm going
to continue CR. I loved the articles and books that you directed me to. But every time I opened up my email there you
were 50 or 60 times. I had to spend 30 minutes deleting 90 percent of everything. As I'm writing this my Inbox just
increased 5 times, all from you. You forced me to quit. I would have givin your community nice chuncks of $ also, so you
can maintain easier, as I'm very well off. goodluck to everybody

My email off-list prior to the unsubscribe request:
Hi David,
I am one of two moderators on the CRS lists and this email is to discuss your
recent postings.
Yesterday, there were 3 largely identical post submissions. E.g.,
"Hi, Im new at all this stuff. But I enjoy all of the articles and statistics.
Keep them coming as I am learning alot. Thanx, david."
Followed by several pages of the quoted posts.
It is advisable to use the CRS Society list content rules (aside from topicality)
when posting on the CRS Community list:
http://www.calorierestriction.org/node/130
Looking at your 8 posts from today, much of your content seems to be
- shouting someone down ("what right") ("don't wanna here your SHIT")
- thanks for the info OR i agree
I have tried to approve your coherent posts that were both topical to the
discussion and not overly filled with reposted material.
It would be appreciated if you focused on
a) trimming quotes to only leave the relevant snippets
b) avoiding invectives
c) add content beyond, "i agree", "more", or "shut up"
Our Meta list addresses suitable content for the lists and I will forward this
information to them as time permits. Rejected posts can be reviewed by Meta
members.
To summarize, your posts are being read (by myself at least). Please feel
free to ask any list-related questions. If you would like comments on each
post, that can be provided. Also, if you have a problem with another person's
postings, you can direct those concerns to myself off-list or to the Meta
list.
Thanks,
-Tim C.
