That is an interesting question.  I guess the best
option from a financial point would be to take the
archive down altogether since there are hundreds if
not thousands of posts which violate the US copyright
law and/or U.S. National Library of Medicine policy.

Once the archive is down, someone (not me) would have
to expunge all the abstracts/articles, etc., and leave
the URL of where the article/abstract is located. 
Then the "cleaned" archive could be uploaded to
another host.

I'd like to think there is an easier solution.
