Payment has been authorized but I do not know yet if
actual payment has been made.  In the particular email
for which we received a complaint from the  original
author of the material, the reprinted material was
deleted from the archived message but the URL to the
author's website was left.  I assume there is an
equivalent  charge for modifications to an archived
email.
