Hi John,

I see this has been sent to Arturo already and I want to address the "Troy Ball"
signature off-list.

The CR Society is not adding "Troy Ball" to your posts. In your email program
(possibly Comcast or AT&T Message Center), you likely have a signature file or
option established. In it, you should find something that looks like:

	--
	Troy Ball

How that got to be, I don't know, but it is not something we could affect on
our end.

If this is not helpful, maybe you could let me know what email program you
use to send posts. Step-by-step directions should be available to change
the signature.  If there isn't a button for "Options", there may be a button
with a picture of tools (gears or wrench/hammer) on it that denotes "Settings"
or the like.

Arturo _ Me too - I was discharged marine corps in 68 at 187
today at 62 years old I am at   170    steady - me too on the blood pressure
getting better - I am convinced at a modified CR regimeine I am soooooo much healthier - I belive that we are all too 
heavy ( fat )   I am sooo sensitive to that now - It feels good to be doing something for health by just cutting 
calories and  doing the adequate nutrition routine - My peeve is the nutriton combo - I hope I am getting enuf of the 
vitamins and minerals - I use a multi vitamin - YOU ???    of to the gym - best to all CRers    John Rhodes
I have troy ball here at bottom - He is a CRer BUT his name always appears on my computer - I guess it came form the
