[CRS_META] Is crs_meta still alive? What are the already suggested reasons for changing name?

All,

I  don't see any postings in the crs_meta archives for all of the  
month of April. Is this just because nobody has had anything to say?

Are the meta list archives only accessable via the old mechanism  
rather than via the new mechanism like the other two lists?

Bob, I have a question about your query to the membership about a  
potential name change for the Calorie Restriction Society:  Obviously,  
someone must have already presented some reason(s) for changing the  
name. Why didn't you list these as a starting point for the  
consideration of the membership? In any case, I would like to know  
those reasons.
