[CRS_META] Large O/T messages fowarded to list

Hi all,

Us moderators - the brave, lucky few - have messages sent to
list as described here (off-topic messages that some people forward
to their address books or list of friends):

http://lists.calorierestriction.org/pipermail/crs_meta_lists.calorierestriction.org/2007-June/000170.html
http://lists.calorierestriction.org/pipermail/crs_meta_lists.calorierestriction.org/2007-June/000171.html

The messages vary in size from small to ~10 megabytes. So I
notified the poster off-list. If that fails, there is a slightly more
drastic measure that can be taken as described in my message
to Jack. It would seem we could block all messages from a
poster without having to ban them from the list.

Hopefully it can be fixed by Eileen with a custom list of people
to whom messages should be fowarded.

my off-list message to Eileen:

my off-list message to Jack:
