[CRS_META] declined: crcommunity - photo posting

This is my off-list message to let "allswellinhell" know our list does
not distribute photos.  It could be set up to do that, but that might prove
troublesome (copyrights, inappropriate images, large files, etc.).

This was a picture of dead, or soon to be dead, cow (or bull).
