[CRS_META] declined: CR Community message: Powerpoint (PPT) & Content?

Hello Meta and Alexandre,

This CR Community message came in another language* and with a very large
powerpoint presentation (308 KB attached).  A typical message size is
5 KB.  Also, the server said "message has an implicit destination".

I am fairly certain it came from our member because the name/email
referenced on page 1 is a valid membership.

It is strongly preferable to send a link to the file rather than the file
itself.  E.g., the attached PPT may get stripped and not sent to Meta.

Also, I cannot verify the content's applicability to CR or any Community
list discussion.

If Alex or someone has some insight, please share.  If the PPT does
not come through, anyone can request it off-list: crsociety at diethacker.com
