[CRS_META] CR Society mail going to the wrong mailbox.

Tim Hare alerted me to a similar problem earlier this month, I noted that
for the month of July 2007 it appeared that I got only 427 of the 438 emails
archived in that month (97.5%).

This is an open problem and may not be easily fixed (as spam and spam
filtering are problems with email in general).  More so, it is a "meta"
topic not about CR per se.  As such, I think here is the best place for it
to be discussed.
